Smallholding

A smallholding is a rural property of a smaller scale than a continuously producing farm, often with a house and a limited activity. We do not inherit the farm text.

The papers can be the same family: matrícula, CCIR, CAR, ITR. The difference is use and area, read in the case.

A leisure country house is not a producing smallholding. The country house has the next page.

Questions

Are a smallholding and a country house the same?

No. The country house has its own page.

Does it need a CCIR?

When the property is rural in fact and on the record. Meeting 2 confirms.

Does crop credit fit?

Only if there is an activity and a paper. The farm-product page describes the crop.

A minimum area?

We do not publish a module number as if it were a listing rule. The case brings the area.
