The CPR, Law 8.929/1994, is a note for delivery of a product or for financial settlement. Physical and financial CPR are forms of this page, not two sites.

The deadline is the one in the notice, usually short. The enforcement page explains the stage. The day of your case is on the paper.

Do you ask for the matrícula on the first contact?

No.

Does Pleninvest sign the defense?

No. The defense belongs to a lawyer admitted to the OAB.
