Enforcement of rural debt

Enforcement of a rural note or a CPR, service of process, a defense and attachment are stages of one intention: the creditor has already started court collection. We do not make a URL per pleading.

As a rule the defense deadline is short, on the order of 15 days, counted as the notice says. The day of the case is on the writ, not on this page.

If service already happened, the legal work starts at once with an OAB lawyer. Pleninvest organizes the collateral at the same time and does not replace that lawyer.
