A mortgage is a real encumbrance on property, rural or urban, distinct from fiduciary alienation and from a pledge. The three do not share a URL.

The matrícula shows the rank, the creditor and the amount. Engineering reads the area and the improvements when the asset is a farm.

Cancelling a mortgage is not a Pleninvest act. The reading states what is recorded. A registry or court path, if any, does not leave this brand.

Whatever the matrícula and the contract say. Engineering describes the improvement. It does not invent an encumbrance.

Can you promise cancellation?

Yes, as a type of encumbrance, with the asset read in the case.
