Meeting 2
It comes before the technical table. Viability and documents: matrícula, contract, rural note or CPR, statements and, if rural, CAR and CCIR when they exist.

Technical table
The case is discussed by legal, engineering and CRECI, the real-estate transactions technician, together. Legal analysis joins engineering and the real-estate technical reading.

Action
After the table: the engineer and/or the real-estate technician and/or a lawyer admitted to the OAB, as the case requires. The lawyer's fees sit in a separate contract.
